- Session One
- This introductory session introduces participants to their workbook and explores innate motivations...aka, the "why."
September 23, 2022
- From 10:00 AM - To 1:00 PM
- Session Two
- This session expands on session one taking a closer look specific possible career paths in alignment with participant strengths, interests, ideal working enviornment and compensation expectations.
September 30, 2022
- From 10:00 AM - To 1:00 PM
- Session Three
- This session completes the workshop with participants creating a 3-yr self view followed by a draft action plan.
